A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that produces the result. Blue Springs Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to the operator contains only the information included in that message and is used to answer it.

Hosting services may create standard server logs, including an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Those records are reviewed in aggregate for site operation and usage patterns. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
The limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual visitor profiles are not created.
External Websites
Links can lead to county or state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. The policy of the destination service governs anything submitted there. That includes sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service may process the server logs described above. Analytics and advertising partners can receive that automatic technical data. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
Data Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Since no accounts are offered, the service does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact the operator so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where a visitor lives, there may be rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data a service holds. The Missouri research supplied no separate state consumer-privacy statute to cite.
